Why do I need an active Amazon prime account?

We use your amazon prime account to get items shipped to you for free. After you become an Instantly Free member, we will integrate our platform with your amazon account. This will allow us to auto checkout all our free items and ensure they get shipped to you, by Amazon, for free.

I'm outside of the USA, Why can't I be a member?

Accepted Answer

Instantly Free’s platform is only compatible with USA Amazon prime accounts. Attempting to use our platform with a non US Amazon account will have no results, as our discount coupons will not work.

Why do items I leave in my cart disappear?

Accepted Answer

Our platform ensures each checkout is $0.00 prior to placing any order on your account. If you leave items in your cart, our platform will detect an error and clear your cart and try again on the next item. Please ensure you do not leave items sitting in your cart for an extended period of time or our platform will remove them when it attempts to get you free items.

What happens if I am charged for a product?

Accepted Answer

You should never be charged for an item. Rest assured that if for any reason you’re not happy with any item that our platform claimed for you, you can cancel the order from within your Amazon account.
