How to Use Standard Photo Editing Package
To use Picturepro, simply subscribe to a plan and start submitting your photo editing requests on the taskboard. You can request as many photos or edits as you'd like. Once submitted, you will receive your photos within a few business days and can request revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time photo editor?
Hiring a full-time photo editor may not be cost-effective or practical for your business. Our monthly subscription plan allows you to access professional photo creation/editing services when you need them, without the financial commitments of a full-time hire. You have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription based on your workload, ensuring you pay only for the services you require.
How do I make a request?
You can submit your request directly on Trello, share a link to a Google Doc, or even share a video. If it can be linked or shared on Trello, we can view your specific requests and work accordingly.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. We will work on and deliver your requests one by one, ensuring each project receives our full attention.
How fast will I receive my work?
We typically fulfill most work within 48 hours. However, for batch work or more complex projects, it may take a bit longer. If you need your work urgently, we offer expedited delivery as an upgrade option for prompt service.
Who works on my requests?
The founder of Picturepro and their partner work on all requests. It is a two-person team dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
How does the pause feature work?
The pause feature allows you to pause your billing cycle when needed. For example, if you subscribe for 17 days and decide to pause, the remaining 13 days will be saved for you to use at a later time. This provides the flexibility to utilize your subscription days whenever you have requests in the future.
What software do you use?
We use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for most requests. Adobe's Creative Cloud apps are utilized depending on client needs.
Can you handle large volumes of photos for editing?
Yes, we are equipped to handle large volumes of photos for editing. Whether you have a few images or a sizable batch, we have the capacity to meet your requirements.
What happens after I subscribe?
After subscribing, you will receive a welcome email with your task board so you can start making requests immediately.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept a wide range of file formats such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and RAW files. If you have specific file format requirements, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Are there any discounts for recurring clients?
Yes, we offer discounted plans for long-term commitments. Quarterly subscriptions receive a $500 discount per month, and yearly subscriptions receive a $1,000 discount per month.
