1. No Refunds β Digital Services
All services offered on aizumbo.com (operated by JassPJ) are digital in nature. This includes but is not limited to: tool submissions, featured listings, sponsored placements, upgrades, and any other paid offerings on the platform.
Due to the digital nature of these services, we do not offer refunds. Once a payment is completed and the service (e.g., listing, upgrade, or promotion) is provided or activated, the transaction is final.
2. Why No Refunds?
Digital products and services cannot be βreturnedβ in the same way as physical goods. Once you have received access, placement, or visibility as part of a paid service, that value has been delivered. For this reason, and in line with standard practice for digital services, all sales are final.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider an exception only in the case of a clear technical failure on our side that prevented you from receiving the paid service (e.g., payment succeeded but the service was never applied). Any such request must be submitted in writing with supporting details. We do not guarantee any refund even in such cases.
