Elto is a highly authentic, low-latency live voice AI that can make phone calls up to 1 hour long and execute follow-up tasks. Elto automates calls in healthcare, construction, logistics, and travel, among other industries. Elto's in-house language models can adapt to most routine call tasks extremely well, and can learn new call workflows with just a few dozen examples. Elto's custom end-to-end pipeline for transcription, reasoning, and speech produce extremely low-latency and humanlike conversations. It offers less than 700ms response latency in 99% of cases and hundreds of realistic voices, with custom voices as well. Elto's custom language models have been trained on millions of phone conversations for hundreds of different task-types, and perform as well as human agents when prompted or few-shot fine-tuned. It's infinitely scalable and developer-friendly, allowing for thousands of calls to be dispatched with a few lines of code. Elto provides REST and GraphQL APIs for easy dial creation and management. The infrastructure handles one dial or one thousand, extracts conversation outcomes, and tracks updates with webhooks. 1.
